VALIDITY
All information and price quotations are valid and correct at the time they were published, but subjects to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
COMMUNICATIONS
Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by telephone or email. We will do our best to respond your questions within 2 – 24 hours.
RATES
Rates are quoted net in Rupiah (IDR) and foreign currency through money changer that we provide.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
To confirm your booking with MountBromoTour.Com, please make a 30% deposit of the total amount in advance. Payment can be transferred to Indonesian bank account. We will send you our account details to your email address. Please note that we do not take any responsibility over the payment of bank fees resulting from the transfer of funds. Any such fees are your responsibility. The balance must be paid in cash (RUPIAH) on your arrival date or pick up service
CANCELLATIONS
We will use 30% of your deposit for cancellation fee from the amount cost that you sent, if you notice a cancellation in a week after sending deposit payment.
SERVICES
Include carriage, porterages, meeting service and assistance. Service is organized by private car with various type and completed by air conditioned an comfortable transportation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
In all facilities have we provided, We do not included an insurance for each visitors . We always assumed good things are happening to our trip. However, we would advise you to cover your trip with cancellation insurance cost, luggage, accident, liability as well as health insurance by your own.
SIGHTSEEING AND PACKAGE TOURS
All sight-seeing and package tours include entrance fees, performances, meals as shown in the programs and transportation services by private car, jeep, motor coach, truck, boat, or canoe. Requests for guides proficient in languages other than English should be made in advance and are subject to availability.
HOTELS ACCOMODATION
In the circumstance where booked or requested accommodation is not available, we will find an alternative in another accommodation of similar standard. It subjects to confirmation and availability. In case of similar type of accommodation is not available, you may get a discount accordingly.
Most Hotels charge 21% for tax and service. Reconfirmation and full reservation details should be received by hotels at least 30 days before the arrival for group bookings during the regular seasons and 45 days during the high season. For individual reservations, reconfirmation should be received at least 10 days before arrival for regular and high seasons. In case reconfirmation is not made, the room will be automatically released to prevent cancellation fee charges.
RESPONSIBILITY
MOUNTBROMOTOUR is an agent for private and sharing tour that give full responsibility for the costumer comfort. suggestions and requirements will be notice via email or Our contact person before as the tour necessaries. Professional Drivers and Best Transportation are our assurance for satisfaction and costumers safety. We don’t give an assurance to our costumers for anything loss, injury or damage property, whenever the tour program or itinerary changed without our confirmation and our agreement.
LIMITATION LIABILITY
We shall not be liable for any costs, expenses or damages incurred or suffered by you, arising from any of the following events:
- National or local emergency, acts or omissions of any government authorities or agencies, insurrection, civil disorder, war or military operations.
- Industrial disputes of any kind, strikes, lock-outs, stoppage or restraint of labor.
- Traffic congestion, vehicle breakdown, obstruction of any public/private road, highway, sea or air passage.
- Accidents of any kind occuring during the guests’ independent activities.
- Theft, robbery or lost property/luggage.
- Food poisoning or isolation as a result of infectious diseases or any condition likely to endanger health or safety on tour members or impair their reasonable comfort.
- Any cancellation or amendment or alternation of tour itinerary, hotel accommodation or tour services as a result of any of the unforeseen events or as a result of any decision, act or omission of our suppliers.
